We collect personal information directly from you when you make a booking, an enquiry, or register for updates:

  • Identity & Contact: Names, DOBs, passport details (for immigration/API), email, and phone numbers.
  • Booking & Payment: Travel arrangements and encrypted payment data.
  • Special Requirements: Health, medical, or dietary data (which may indirectly reveal religious beliefs). We process this only with your explicit consent.
  • Technical & Usage: IP address, device type, browser information, and how you interact with our website.
  • Children's Data: We process data for individuals under 18 only when provided by a parent or guardian. By providing this data, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.

4. How We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)



  • Contractual Necessity: To secure flights, hotels, ski hire, and lift passes with our suppliers.
  • Legal Obligation: For tax records and providing Advanced Passenger Information (API) to border control.
  • Vital Interests: Using insurance and emergency contact details to assist you in an emergency.
  • Legitimate Interests: For fraud prevention, network security, and service improvement.
  • Consent: For marketing communications and the use of analytics and advertising cookies.

5. Marketing & Advertising



  • Direct Marketing: We only send newsletters if you opt in or if you are an existing customer being contacted about similar ski services (“soft opt-in”). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Remarketing (Google & Meta): We use Google AdWords and the Facebook Pixel to show you relevant ads after you leave our site. This may be based on your interactions with our website (e.g. an abandoned quote). You can opt out via your Google/Facebook Ad Preferences or our cookie banner.

6. Sharing & International Transfers


We share data with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transfer providers, payment processors, and IT service providers (Google, Meta, CRM). Some transfers are necessary to perform your travel contract (e.g. sharing details with overseas hotels or ski providers).

We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions such as the UK–US Data Bridge for certified US providers.


7. Security, Retention & Automated Decisions



  • Security: We use technical measures and encrypted servers to protect your data. We will notify the ICO within 72 hours where required, and notify you without undue delay if there is a high risk to your rights.
  • Retention: Booking data is kept for 7 years; health data is deleted 90 days post-travel.
  • Automated Decisions: We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

8. Your Rights


You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to how we use your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We do not charge a fee for these requests.
