By using this website (snowdragonski.com, the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified directly where required.

2. Use of the Site


The Site is provided for the purpose of browsing and booking ski holidays. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:


  • use the Site in any way that is fraudulent, unlawful or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
  • transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or malicious code; or
  • scrape, copy or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

3. Accuracy of Information


We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, availability and content on the Site are accurate. However, errors can occur and we reserve the right to correct them. Prices and availability shown on the Site are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. You must verify all details of your chosen holiday with us before booking.

4. Intellectual Property


All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Snow Dragon Ski Holidays Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute or use any content commercially without our written permission.

5. User Accounts


If you register an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately at enquiries@snowdragonskiholidays.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Cookies


We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent as they are essential to the Site's operation. Analytics and marketing cookies are placed only with your consent, which you can manage via the cookie settings banner on your first visit and at any time thereafter via the Cookie Settings link in the footer. 8. Our Liability


We provide the Site “as is”. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or be free from errors or viruses. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:


  • your reliance on content displayed on the Site;
  • any interruption, suspension or withdrawal of the Site; or
  • any loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.



Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Booking Terms


Any booking made through the Site is subject to our Booking Conditions (which cover accommodation-only bookings, package holidays sold as agent, and individual travel services), all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms, or our separate Package Holiday Booking Conditions (where we create the package). Please read the relevant documents carefully before making a booking.


All client payments are processed through Protected Trust Services (PTS member 6470) and held in a ring-fenced client trust account until your travel services have been delivered. In addition, bookings are protected by our Supplier Failure Insurance. Full details of your financial protection are set out in the relevant Booking Conditions.


If you have a concern about a booking, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We ask that you give us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your card provider.

10. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts under Scots or Northern Irish law.
