This notice explains how the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (“PTR 2018”) apply to package holidays sold through Snow Dragon.

Who organises your package


Where we sell a package holiday on behalf of a third-party operator, that operator is the package organiser within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and is fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. The organiser's identity and financial protection arrangements will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Our role as retailer


As the retailer, Snow Dragon Ski Holidays Ltd arranges your booking as agent for the organiser. Your statutory rights as a package traveller under the PTR 2018 are enforceable against the organiser. Snow Dragon holds all client payments in a ring-fenced trust account through Protected Trust Services (PTS member 6470) until your travel services have been delivered.
