Quick answers

What happens to my money after I book?

That is the question every travel company should be able to answer.

Ski accommodation is often paid for months before departure. With Snow Dragon, your money is held in a ring-fenced trust account. If the supplier must be paid before you travel, that payment is protected by Supplier Failure Insurance.

Wherever your money is, we can explain how it is protected.

How your money is protected →

Do I have to travel on fixed dates?

Chalets tend to run Saturday/Saturday or Sunday/Sunday, but our hotels and many apartments offer flexible dates - travel any day, for however long suits you.

Can I get help choosing a resort?

Yes. Tell the Snow Dragon about your group, ski level, dates, budget and priorities. We’ll narrow down the resorts and holidays that fit, with human help available whenever you need it.

What's the difference between chalets, hotels and package holidays?

Chalet: your group under one roof.
Hotel
: flexible dates and a wider range of facilities.
All-inclusive
: accommodation, meals, drinks and selected extras bundled into one upfront price.
Package
: flights, transfers and accommodation sorted in one booking.
