Price Match Guarantee

Snow Dragon Ski Holidays Ltd

At Snow Dragon we work hard to offer great value on every ski holiday we sell. If you find the same holiday available to book at a lower total price on a comparable website within 48 hours of your booking confirmation, we will match it or refund the difference.

How to Make a Claim


Email your Sales Consultant, copying enquiries@snowdragonskiholidays.com within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, with the following information:

  • Your Snow Dragon booking reference number and Lead Passenger name;
  • The URL of the cheaper quote, with a clear screenshot showing the lower price;
  • Confirmation that all components listed below are identical to your Snow Dragon booking.

We will review your claim within 5 business days. If approved, any refund will be applied to the original payment method within 14 days.

Conditions


The Price Match Guarantee applies only where all of the relevant components are identical between your Snow Dragon booking and the competitor quote:

  • The same airline, flight number, departure date, flight times, departure and arrival airports, and ticket booking class;
  • The same hotel or accommodation, room type, board basis, and number of rooms;
  • The same standard of transportation or ski category;
  • The same party composition (number of adults, children and infants);
  • The same duration;
  • The same cancellation terms (e.g. both refundable or both non-refundable).

The applicable components will depend on your booking type. Flight conditions apply only where flights form part of the booking. Accommodation conditions apply to all bookings that include accommodation.


Additional conditions

  • The competitor quote must be from a website open to the general public and bookable online at the time of your claim;
  • The price must be quoted in GBP (or the currency we have quoted you if different) and inclusive of all taxes, fees and charges (including credit card fees, booking fees and luggage fees);
  • The competitor must be a travel agent or OTA that holds valid PTS, ATOL, ABTA or ABTOT membership, or equivalent bonding/financial protection in their country of registration;
  • The claim must be made by the Lead Passenger named on the booking;
  • The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to: tour operator brochure prices, flash sales, discount codes, group rates, loyalty programme rates, corporate rates, or hotel-direct prices;
  • The Price Match Guarantee can only be applied once per booking.

Why 48 Hours?


Prices in the travel industry can change by the minute. Once we confirm your booking, we commit funds to your suppliers at that price. The 48-hour window ensures we can fairly compare like-for-like prices at the point of booking.

Our Rights


We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. This does not affect claims already submitted.
